Here at Fonseca Fitness, we also provide antenatal and post-natal care.

Lola, a leading Pregnancy and Post Natal provider & also a full-time Home Midwife, runs our Pregnancy courses plus our two classes a week providing post-natal care for all of our ladies.

We have a Pelvic Floor & Core Restoration class which runs every Tuesday from 2-2.45 pm. This class is specifically designed for early post-natal women, less than 12 weeks and you are more than welcome to join these sessions as soon as you’re ready to get out the door post-birth.

Thursday morning’s 9:30-10:15 am is when we run our Pelvic Floor & Core Restoration class for women who are 12 weeks + post delivery, which is where you can continue to work on your foundations before adding in load through training.

Our pregnancy courses run every 10 weeks of the year. Within these sessions they are a mixture of:

- safe pregnancy exercises

- safe pelvic floor and core exercises

- labour and birth education and preparation

- education about how your body is changing throughout your pregnancy

These sessions run on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 to 21:00 and need to be booked in advance as each course we are limited to 10 women per course.
