Meet the Team

Farah Fonseca
Farah founded Fonseca Fitness in 2012 and is our head coach. Farah has worked with thousands of women to help them to become the best version of themselves. In 2015, Farah studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. After that, started working with holistic coaches in America to learn more than what was covered with just a ‘basic’ personal training qualification. Farah has completed a course at the National Institute for Eating Disorders to help women and young girls address their relationships with both themselves, others, and food. Farah also has many sporting achievements under her belt (quite literally).

Leah Tanguay
Leah is a qualified personal trainer after finding her love for strength training throughout her athletic life such as dance & netball. Deciding to become a PT meant Leah could turn her love for strength training into her job. Leah wants to help women change their lives in the simplest & most realistic way possible. She wants to help women find what their bodies are really capbable of while shifting the idea of exercise being a chore but an activity to enjoy and be excited for. Not only focusing physically but also mental well being & nutrition. A happy mind is a happy life!

I want to ensure all my ladies feel powerful in their own unique bodies!

My name is Blanka Bimi. I am one of the coaches at Fonseca Fitness Ltd. I care deeply about our clients, and there’s nothing I value more than helping somebody through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong! I want to be there for you to help discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal tour guide 😊 on every step of the way in finding your own happiness in training and feel good about yourself. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD and HAVE FUN, you excel in life! When I first began my adventure with fitness, I was anything but the picture of health with very low self-esteem. I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it. I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to decide to thoroughly examine my workouts and make necessary changes. Today, I am not only the fittest I have ever been but also the stroooongest! Powerlifting is my passion and am an accomplished table tennis player too if you ever fancy a game!

I’m Zoë, I am a level 3 personal trainer and have worked within the fitness industry for the past 7 years.

I started off working in Holland and Barrett the supplement shop. Since then I went on to manage AF Gym and win Basingstokes Strongest Novice in 2021. During this time I developed a strong passion for training and coaching and gained a wide range of knowledge and qualifications, both holistic and sports-based.

In 2021 I started to work with Fonseca Fitness back when we were running the outdoor bootcamps. The community of ladies have been very supportive and has helped me flourish as a coach. I am grateful to be a part of something so special.

Since becoming a mum the most important thing to me is to help other women develop a healthy, sustainable approach to nutrition/training, and by doing so improve their quality of life along the way!
