Farah Fonseca started Fonseca Fitness in May 2013 at just 19 years old. Never setting out with the thought process that it would be just a ladies only environment, somehow it blossomed into just that.
Farah strives off of making women feel not only strong inside of classes, but finds it important that women also feel independent outside of a 'gym' environment. Whether that be carrying your little ones or bags of shopping to the car.
Continually developing her skill set, she went on to specialise in female health, qualifying as a Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist. This enables Farah to be confident in helping women, not only for them to feel good today but every day.
Farah is also passionate about being a role model for the women she trains. So 3 years ago, instead of just working out in the gym aimlessly, she started competing in strong woman. Since then she has gone on to win England's Strongest Woman 2016 + 2017, won Britain's Strongest Woman in 2017, placed 4th at the Arnold Amateur show in Ohio, placed 5th at World's Strongest Woman (2017) and in 2018 placed 1st at Strongest Woman in the World in the light weight category.
Due to Farah's Strong Woman journey and passion for group training, you can find all classes to be a complete mix in style - when you turn up to class, you never know what quite to expect.
