Farah founded Fonseca Fitness in 2012 and is our head coach. Farah has worked with thousands of women to help them to become the best version of themselves. In 2015, Farah studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine. After that, started working with holistic coaches in America to learn more than what was covered with just a ‘basic’ personal training qualification. Farah has completed a course at the National Institute for Eating Disorders to help women and young girls address their relationships with both themselves, others, and food. Arabella is one of the coaches at Fonseca Fitness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Rehabilitation, a qualification in Strength and Conditioning, and a Level 4 Massage certification.
Fitness has been a part of Arabella’s life from the very beginning. Growing up in an active family, she explored a wide range of sports, from dancing, swimming and tennis to cycling and modern pentathlon, but ultimately found her greatest passion in running and strength training.
For Arabella, fitness has never been just about physical health; it has also been a lifeline for her mental well-being. She is incredibly passionate about helping others experience the same benefits, showing how movement can not only strengthen the body but also boost confidence, reduce stress, and improve overall mental health.
Becoming a coach has allowed Arabella to turn this lifelong passion into a career where she can inspire and support others. She is especially dedicated to helping women learn how to move confidently and exercise pain-free. Believing that fitness should feel enjoyable and empowering, not overwhelming or like a chore. Arabella’s goal is to help others discover just how transformative it can be, both physically and mentally.

Milly is our dedicated Junior Coach at Fonseca Fitness. From a young age, she’s always had a passion for sports and the gym, and becoming a Personal Trainer allowed her to turn that love for strength training into a career. She studied Level 2 Personal Training at college, and from the moment she stepped into the fitness world, she knew she had found her purpose. Milly thrives on helping women grow in confidence, move better, and lift heavier—especially when they achieve things they never thought were possible.

Every woman brings a unique story, and Milly is driven by the opportunity to support each individual on their journey, whether it’s helping someone move pain-free, hit a new personal best, simply feel amazing in their body again, or discovering a new level of empowerment - because every step forward is worth celebrating.

What she values most is the connection she builds with clients—listening, learning, and celebrating every milestone together - because this is more than just training, it’s transformation.

My name is Blanka Bimi. I am one of the coaches at Fonseca Fitness Ltd. I care deeply about our clients, and there’s nothing I value more than helping somebody through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong! I want to be there for you to help discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal tour guide 😊 on every step of the way in finding your own happiness in training and feel good about yourself. I believe that when you FEEL GOOD and HAVE FUN, you excel in life! When I first began my adventure with fitness, I was anything but the picture of health with very low self-esteem. I decided to do something about it. I immersed myself in a new lifestyle and have never regretted it. I did, however, have multiple ups and downs. It took me years to decide to thoroughly examine my workouts and make necessary changes. Today, I am not only the fittest I have ever been but also the stroooongest! Powerlifting is my passion and am an accomplished table tennis player too if you ever fancy a game!
