Ante Natal & Post Natal
Here at Fonseca Fitness, we also provide antenatal and post-natal care.
Lola who is one of Hampshire’s leading Pregnancy & Post Natal Personal Trainers & also a full-time Home Birth Midwife, runs our 8 week Antental courses plus our weekly Pelvic Floor & Core Restoration class providing post-natal care for all of our ladies.
This class runs every Thursday 09:30-10:15am.
This class is designed for anyone suffering with pelvic floor issues or in need of rebuilding up your core.
You can attend these classes as soon as you feel confident to get out of your body after the delivery of your baby.
Our Antenatal courses run every 10 weeks of the year. Within these sessions they are a mixture of:
- safe pregnancy exercises
- safe pelvic floor and core exercises
- labour and birth education and preparation
- education about how your body is changing throughout your pregnancy
These sessions run on Tuesday evenings from 19:30 to 21:00 and need to be booked in advance as each course we are limited to 10 women per course.
